Posted to you ready to go - one linked to your review page, one to your guest sign-up. Stick each tag to the back of the relevant poster in the marked area. When a guest taps their phone, it just works. Additional tags are available at £5 each, already programmed to your links (great for displaying inside rooms).

We configure your email marketing account from scratch - including a hosted sign-up page, your welcome email ready to send, and everything connected. By the time your first guest scans in, the list is live and running. The account is yours from day one.

Automated Welcome Email
The moment a guest signs up, they receive a warm, branded email welcoming them to your guest list - with their returning visitor's discount code and a reminder of how to use it. No delay, no manual work, nothing to remember. We design the email and set up the automation before we hand over. Your discount code is stored in the email, so if the offer ever changes, you update one place and every future send reflects it.

Every poster comes with both a QR code and a programmable NFC chip. Guests who know what they're doing tap their phone on the poster, it opens your review page instantly. Everyone else scans the QR code the usual way. Between the two, there's nothing in the way.
We programme the chip, link it to the right page and post it to you. You can't buy a ready-made NFC poster from a print shop or put one together yourself - it's a small thing that guests notice, and most accommodation businesses don't have it.
The chip links to a short redirect URL we set up for you, so if the destination page ever changes, we update the link - not the poster.
